Exchange Policy

If your order doesn’t fit or isn’t quite right, don’t worry, we’re here to help you with an exchange. Please note the following terms:

1. Exchange requests must be made within 3 days of receiving your package. Not applicable to items on sale.

2. We accept exchanges if the item is defective, too big, or too small. You may choose the same product or another product of equal/lower price (color/size based on availability).

3. For exchanges to a product of higher value, please provide bank transfer proof before shipment.

4. Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, undamaged, with original packaging and tags attached. Items must be sent back within 7 days after claim, with the shipment receipt.

5. Sorry, we do not issue cash refunds, except for defective items (our mistake).

6. All exchanges depend on availability.

7. Claims of damaged/missing items must include unboxing video proof.

8. Replacement products will be shipped after we receive your return.

9. Except for defective items (our mistake), customers cover the return shipping cost to our warehouse. We will cover the shipping fee from our warehouse back to you up to IDR 20,000.
